Shelby Coffman was professionally trained at the California Culinary Academy and Tante Marie's Cooking School, both in San Francisco. She is certified by the Wine and Spirits Education Trust based in London.
Christie Frazier is a self-taught chef. She has studied at Tante Marie's Cooking School in San Francisco, Laguna Culinary Arts in Laguna Beach and extensive classes at Sur la table and Williams Sonoma. She is certified by the Wine and Spirits Education Trust based in London.
